Bob Pozen, a member of the GCFP Advisory Board and Senior Lecturer at MIT Sloan, has written recently in The Hill on how to reform the corporate income tax. His proposal discusses appropriate minimum taxes, how to deal with income generated in foreign countries, and what deductions to limit.
